Adding people to a teams

Please i need your help on this issue.

The names when adding people to a teams shift appear blank and just the picture is visible.

To isolate issues with desktop apps, try signing in to the Teams web client in private mode to check if the issue persists. If the problem is not present, try to clear the Microsoft Team desktop cache.
