How to create FTP access in azure panel. I do not see any option for creating FTP access. Please help.

You should have ftp access to a storage account in Azure. You may go for an SFTP connection to the storage account. Following documentation shows how to establish it

Connect to Azure Blob Storage by using the SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
