Unable to access learn sandbox.

I'm taking AZ-900, and following the course instruction, I'm able to activate the sandbox, but unable to sign in. Every time I click on the "Sign in" button and select my account, it takes me back to the sign in page.
The sandbox is activated because I see the below count down.

The sandbox team is currently working on a resolution to this issue. For the time being, it appears that a vast majority of the sign-in issues are reported with outlook.com accounts. We will update you as soon as there is a resolution. Thank you for your patience!

Why am I unable to sign in when using the Learn sandbox?
