Seemed to have an AZURE environment on my email address as an 'organisation'.
Trying to login in to that AZURE environment not possible because I do NOT receive a code on my phone. Apparently my phone is not connected to that 'organisation' account anymore.
On my desktop there is a message telling me 'to login', if I try with my personal microsoft account I do receive a code on my phone, accepting the code, thereafter I receive a message not possible to continue because a need an 'organisation' account. Trying to login in with the same emailaddress (however with another thumb, another account, the one with a sign as a box, seems to be an 'organisation' account, I should receive a code on my phone which I do NOT receive. So, there seems to be an AZURE environment behind that 'organisation' account which does NOT have a phone number connected to receive the code to pass the 2FA.
WHO IS ABLE TO CONNECT ME TO THE SUPPORT DESK to solve this problem, please no Sales, 'Technical Support'.
Do NOT need a link, because the I can NOT login, while trying to submit a support ticket. I am NOT able to login into AZURE. (I was not aware I did have an AZURE environment connected to my personal email address. (If it did, it could be a remnant several years agon Visual Studio Online or something?)
undefinedThe trouble is I do receive on my device messages my device seemed to be switched of (in the 'organisation' environment) which is NOT switched-off, if I login into my person Microsoft environment, (then it is presented as switched-on). I login into my desktop with my standard (personal) microsoft credentials but on the explorer page there is an annoying link telling me to 'meld u aan'. Everything works. Don't have this trouble on my LT, both devices do have valid activation codes stored in their bios, both pretty new. Trouble started when I changed hardware on my LT (another SSD), however no trouble in my LT it popped up on my desktop.
