I noticed MS forgot to include a basic search in the Teams Team manager tab. I need to find a member, then delete them then add them again because Teams is buggy. This person was accepted but for some reason they cannot access the team still. Anyway to tools don't seem to be built for managing a team in Teams so I need some advice on how to find a person in a team.

    Hi @41844108

Welcome to Q&A forum and thanks for your posting!

For Teams users, we mainly searched person by typing his full email address in the search bar.

    User's image

Besides, you could contact with Teams admin and they could search this user directly from Teams admin center > Users>search for a user.

The solution was to add this new person 4 times, even thought they were already in. The 4th time finally worked. It was not possible to remove them because that produced an error too.

As far as search, because there is no search capabilities, my solution was to scroll to the bottom of the list in the Team in Teams and scroll multiple time because it's only loads a few at a time, do this for about 3 minutes, then you can cmd+c to copy all the contents of the page, past this into your text editor of choice and then cmd+f to find. Then you can verify if someone is in the group or not (or at least determine if there's a bug and they should be able to access the group).

As always, it's easier once you can get the content outside of the MS ecosystem.

But seriously, there's no search and people are listed in random order -- this is literally the opposite of helping us be organized.
