Hello Team,
I would like to resolve my SQL URL to a private IP Address currently it resolves to a Public IP Address.
Though we don't have on-prem infra ,Can we use Azure DNS Private resolver as a solution of this.

Based on my understanding from your question above
You want to resolve you SQL server using its private IP address and as you do not have an on-prem infrastructure you want to know if you can use Azure DNS Private resolver for this purpose.
Can you please confirm that you want use Azure DNS Private Resolver to resolve your SQL server URL to a private IP within the Virtual Networks deployed in Azure?
If it, helps you can achieve this via Azure Private DNS zones and Private Link integration of you SQL Server as shown here.

You can use a Private Endpoint with Azure SQL Server to resolve the IP to private IP instead of Public IP. Please follow the document link below for steps to setup the same.
