Addressbooks in Exchange with departments, showing up in Outlook client, not in OWA

You are able to place addressbooks in your GAL in containers, subfolders.
This works in the Outlook client, you'll see a folderlist that you can expand.
(In this example "Afdeling" is Dutch for department, according to the departmentfield in AD.)

But Outlook on the web (OWA), it doesn't show up like a tree expandable list?
All the addresslists are in one long list:

Is this possible somehow?
Now it's not a standard experience for our users.

Nope, OWA will always use a "flat" list, afaik. No way to make it show in a tree list like Outlook.
