    Thank you for taking time to post this issue in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Please search Edit the system environment variables in Windows Search box, click to open the System Properties window => click Environment Variables… => under System variables select Path => click Edit… =>  find C:\Program Files\dotnet\ and C:\Program Files (x86)\dotnet\ => Use Move Up/Move Down buttons on the right to make sure that C:\Program Files\dotnet\ lists/appears before C:\Program Files (x86)\dotnet\ => restart Visual Studio/reboot your machine and restart VS.
