    Hi @昊天 冯 ,

can you just make one button to cancel the spam identification?

At present, as you may have already noticed, I am afraid there's no such an option available in Outlook desktop clients. Per my personal understanding, this could be due to the consideration of security as it's not uncommon that some spam messages may contain unsafe links or malware and virus which can do harm to you or your computer.

By default, the built-in Junk Email Filter in Outlook is turned on and the protection level is set to "No Automatic Filtering", which is already the least aggressive option available:
    User's image

And the recommended practice for end users is to "regularly review messages in the Junk Email folder to check for legitimate messages that were incorrectly classified as junk". See Overview of the Junk Email Filter:
    User's image

With the above being said, personally I also think it could be best if there's a setting in Outlook for end users to choose whether or not to turn on the built-in spam identification. Then I tried searching in the official feedback portal for Outlook and did find a few existing similar requests for supporting this and I've voted them up. I'll leave some of the links below in case you or others see this thread would like to add votes or comments there as well:
