My OneDrive app fails everytime I try and log in to it on my desktop because my account is still blocked. When I look at the storage breakdown I have only used 29.2GB of 100GB so I don't understand why it is still frozen.

It's messing with my Sims 4 game by putting mods back in folders that I have replaced but I can't unsync it because I can't log in. It's not even linked to my PC anymore so I really don't understand what is happening. I have been trying all day to find a way to speak to someone as none of the FAQ are helping but there is no direct contact.

I think there is a problem on Microsoft's end but I don't know how to report it.
