Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to you today to report that my Microsoft account was stolen, and although I was able to regain access by changing my password, I am unable to change the email address associated with my account.

Unfortunately, the person who stole my account was able to change the email address on my account before I could regain access.

I am very concerned about the security of my account, and I am worried that my personal information may be at risk. I would like to request your assistance in helping me to change the email address on my account to a new, secure email address.

I would be happy to provide any additional information you may need to verify my identity and ensure the security of my account. Thank you for taking a look at this, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Sincerely,

Filip Pastierik

Hi Filip Pastierik, I hope I can help you with this problem.

I am sorry that your account was taken over.

I would recommend the following steps, if not already done.

    Try to reset your password:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

Microsoft has provided a page with information on how to proceed with a compromised or hacked account:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c2

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft support by phone or email.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support

In the Q&A forum it is difficult to solve such problems.
