OneDriveにサインインするとエラーコード0x8004e4a1が表示され、サインインできない

OneDrive for Businessを使用しています。サインインしようとするとエラーコード0x8004e4a1と「数分後にもう一度やり直してください」が表示されます。表示通りに試しても同じ表示が繰り返されるだけで改善しません。
