VS 2022 Community Edition Hangs when loading projects

Hello,

I am using VS 2022 Community edition 17.5. Nowadays I am having issues opening existing projects (Blazor Server, Background Service, ASP.NET Core6 Web API). Why is this happening? It was working without any issues up to 1-2 weeks ago. This is killing me please help.

If I am lucky, I got this error and the project opens.

    Thank you for taking time to post this issue in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Nowadays I am having issues opening existing projects (…).

    May I confirm that this issue doesn’t appear on any newly created project?

    Please first try to clean the project cache files/folders by removing the hidden .vs, bin and obj folders and then open the projects again.

    If it doesn’t work, please try to repair Visual Studio from VS Installer.
