Pre-Set Values on a secondary Email Address is not performing when in use

Good Day Team,

I am experiencing below issues with an user's email address. The user has 2 email addresses set on MS OUTLOOK 2019. Steps taken thus far was to remove outlook accounts and Re-add them along with his outlook profile.

  1. i.e., when replying to emails the set signatory specifically for the config office is Not being attached to the email.
  2. The incorrect signatory from ‘Vinesh.@s*.co.za’ is being attached to the KZN**** email address which is incorrect.
  3. New/replies/forwarded emails generated from the KZN Config office email address is not being stored within the KZNC*** email addresses outbox.
  4. The automatic reply notification set up for the KZN**** offices email address is not being sent.
  5. The default spelling and grammar checker is not functional i.e. irrespective of the number of time I set the default function, outlook continuously changes my default setting to “Do not check spelling or grammar” and also changes my pre-set dictionary.

    From your description, "KZN***" is the secondary email account configured in the user's Outlook client, right?

    Are you talking about email signatures set via File > Options > Mail> Signatures...?

    If this is the case, it's suggested to double check if the default signatures are set properly for both accounts. You can also try recreating the signatures and check how it goes.

    In case the issue persists, I'd recommend creating a new Outlook profile, add the KZN**** email address first. If everything works fine, add the other email account and see the result.

    Regarding the other issues you mentioned above, it's hard to determine whether they are due to the same cause of the email signature issues discussed earlier, as the symptoms are quite irrelevant. Given this, I'd suggest we can focus on the signature problem first and see if the other issues can also get fixed together. If not, considering that normally we only focus on one question per thread, you can try to open up new threads for these issues as well.
