From your description, "
KZN***" is the secondary email account configured in the user's Outlook client, right?
- i.e., when replying to emails the set signatory specifically for the config office is Not being attached to the email.
- The incorrect signatory from ‘Vinesh.@s*.co.za’ is being attached to the KZN**** email address which is incorrect.
Are you talking about email signatures set via File > Options > Mail> Signatures...?
If this is the case, it's suggested to double check if the default signatures are set properly for both accounts. You can also try recreating the signatures and check how it goes.
In case the issue persists, I'd recommend creating a new Outlook profile, add the
KZN**** email address first. If everything works fine, add the other email account and see the result.
Regarding the other issues you mentioned above, it's hard to determine whether they are due to the same cause of the email signature issues discussed earlier, as the symptoms are quite irrelevant. Given this, I'd suggest we can focus on the signature problem first and see if the other issues can also get fixed together. If not, considering that normally we only focus on one question per thread, you can try to open up new threads for these issues as well.
