Issue with email name changing

Hi, please assist in updating the user email in outlook with the new name. Recently user changed her name. I went to AD and changed her name with the new one. I went to the Attribute editor to update the smtp: old name, SMTP: New name—AD sync with Google and with Ms Office. The name changed on google and Ms office's admin but not the email address on outlook. It's almost two weeks now, and still with the old email. Please assist. Thank you.

    In order to further confirm if the issue is related to Outlook desktop client, please log in to OWA and check if the new name is displayed.

    If the new name is displayed in OWA, it is suggested that you could try to create a new Outlook profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.
