Hello, Team

I have a problem with the provisioning with SAP SuccessFactor with Active Directory Integration, rigth now I have this message in the Audit Logs when restarting the provisioning service.

First Message: No persons returned from SuccessFactors. Ensure that the account used has sufficient permissions to query the PerPerson entity.(This message is appear in the Overview console)

Second message is: This imported entry could not be processed: OF_04. It was missing a value for the property designated as the matching property. No action is required; the entry will be imported again automatically when its state changes in the source.

I need all your help with this question please.

Regards,

Reinaldo Malo

    Hello there,

It seems like you are missing a required attribute is missing or not populated for a user. An important thing to consider when setting up provisioning be to review and configure the attribute mappings and workflows that define which user (or group) properties flow from Azure AD to the application. This includes setting the “matching property” that be used to uniquely identify and match users/groups between the two systems.

Tutorial - Customize user provisioning attribute-mappings for SaaS applications in Azure Active Directory

Hope this resolves your Query !!

    Hi @Reinaldo Malo

    I have the same error:
No persons returned from SuccessFactors. Ensure that the account used has sufficient permissions to query the PerPerson entity.

Did you find a solution? I am trying to connect SF to Entra and find it very difficult.
The official article does not even mention how the SF needs to be set up to even query the PerPerson entity in first place.

I hope you found a solution.
