I can not create azure tenant or access any option.

Question

Does not work if I go to https://portal.azure.com/ direct - same error messages. I also looked at that thread/link but nothing worked.

Basically I cannot do anything when logged in as ssahed65@gmail.com - every single thing I do causes that error message. This is my new azure account. I have to use this for login wih msn. so please fix this error asap.

I was reading your case scenario description and I would like to ask you few points below:

-Was this working properly before?

-Did you configure this Gmail accounts as external user account on the Azure AD?

-Did you try too many times? so your user account could be labeled as risky user sign-in..

-Did you try to log in using PowerShell in order to double-check if you are using the right credentials at least?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, using a different web browser, or checking your permissions and role assignments in Azure.
