After some searching, I retrieved the folder under the Notes folder:
What's the version of the Outlook client? The build information can be found via File > Office Account > About Outlook.
Are you able to see the Junk email folder in Outlook if switching to the Folder list (Ctrl+6)?
Note: If you are using the new Outlook for Windows, you may need to manually select Folder from the left pane:
If yes, please follow the steps below and see if it can make any difference:
- Right click the Junk email folder, choose "Properties".
- Make sure the type below is set to "IPM.Post":
- If it's not set as "IPM.Post" and you find it impossible to change the type using the drop-down list next to it, please open MFCMAPI, expand IPM_SUBTREE, locate Junk Email folder, change the value of "PR_CONTAINER_CLASS" to "IPF.Note":
