MS Office 365 question

I'm interested in knowing if there is any way that I can setup or purchase a license for MS Office 365 that can be used by anyone who logs into that machine without being prompted to have to enter usernames and password to be able to use it. Presently we purchase Office 365 licenses from our vendor to be added into our Office portal. However we have a Conference Room computer that is used by many random Employees for presentations which poses a challenge when they each individually login to Windows and need to use Office 365 for their audience. Presently they would each have to enter their Microsoft Office account credentials as well as download the MS Authenticator app on their cellphones for two step verification in order to use it and this poses a problem because we have so many random employees onsite and afar that access this computer that it would just be chaos. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Hi @RockmanIT,

Did you mean you want to activate Microsoft 365 in the shared computer?

I suggest you read this article:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/overview-shared-computer-activation#how-shared-computer-activation-works-for-microsoft-365-apps

As the article said: If your environment is configured to synchronize Office 365 (Azure Active Directory) and local Active Directory (AD) accounts, then the user most likely won't see any prompts. Microsoft 365 Apps should automatically be able to get the necessary information about the user's account in Office 365.

    Hope the information is helpful.
