Sharepoint "Image" type column omitted from Word Quick Part Document Property

I created a "SOW" sharepoint content type that included a "Company Logo" column of type "Image" and "Clients" column of type "Choice (menu to choose from)". Added a new sharepoint library, with multiple content types enabled, added the "SOW" content type to the library, and made the both columns "Optional" in the library. When I created a new document of type "SOW" and navigate in Word to the "Insert>Quick Parts>Document Property" the result doesn't include the "Company Logo" column. However, the other "Clients" column showed up as expected.

Is there something unique about an "Image" column that precludes its inclusion in "Insert>Quick Part>Document Property"? What do I have to do to get it included so I can insert it into the Word Document in various places?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Mike

    Hi @MikeBabinec-2223 ,

I tested it in my environment and cannot reproduce your issue.

    To do some general troubleshooting:

    1. Clear the browser cache or use the browser privacy mode to try
    2. Create a document using SOW content type in the new library to see if the problem still exists.
    3. Switch accounts to try.

    Hi @MikeBabinec-2223 ,

Great to know that and thanks for sharing the update here. By the way, since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others.". and according to the scenario introduced here: Answering your own questions on Microsoft Q&A, I would make a brief summary of this thread:

[Sharepoint "Image" type column omitted from Word Quick Part Document Property]

    Issue Symptom:

    Current status:

I deleted my site, re-created everything using exactly the same parameters and for some reason this is miraculously resolved.
