CASB policies for non managed devices

Hello,
I'm trying to set up a CASB policy in Microsoft 365 Defender to monitor access to Office 365 services from a web browser (I'm testing with Teams) and block file download but it only works if I use Microsoft Edge.
Is any way of making it works when using any browser?

2023-03-23T13:57:01.55+00:00 Nice, I've been able to do it combining two CASB policies. Now I'm trying to block uploads and isn't working. Any idea?
Desktop apps are blocked so Office 365 services can be accessed only through a web browser. Downloading attachments from emails and Team messages is blocked but I can't block uploading attachment to emails and Teams messages.
