I have a big problem.

My company has bought a microsoft office 365 licence with a partner of Microsoft. However, since the beggining of this year we are not able to open, get download and make upload of our files in our account.

I follow this Q&A (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/999883/i-dont-have-permission-to-my-own-onedrive-files), and my problem is similar to their.

We don't have access to admnistrator of our account and we belong to a home organization (not ours, but the partner of Microsoft), and we can't leave out this "home organization".

We are facing dificulties to contact our provider for e-mail and phone. Probably, I wont get support of them.

So, we can't get global administrator permisson of our account. And we wont, as well.

Our files are very very important and we must recover them.

Please, help us.

Thank you!

Kind regards,

Cleyson Teixeira

    Hi @Cantaria ,

Since you did not provide specific error information, let's follow the usual steps first.

Try the following preliminary troubleshooting steps:

    • Check your internet connection.
    • Check OneDrive server status.
    • Temporarily disable your antivirus.
    • Try incognito mode on your browser.

If these prerequisite checks do not solve the issue, you can now proceed to the ensuing fixes.

    • Clear browser cookies
    • Try Another Device or Browser
    • Install the latest Windows updates
    • Turn off Controlled folder access
    • Reset the app
    1. Press the <kbd>Windows</kbd> key + <kbd>R</kbd> to open the run utility.
    2. Type the command below in the run box and click OK.
    3. %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
    • Uninstall and reinstall OneDrive.
    • Check the File Permissions
    • Re-provide account credentials
    • Check the storage space of the account
