    To access your Outlook.pst files from Outlook 2007 in Outlook 365, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Open Outlook 365 and go to the File tab in the top left corner.
    2. Click on Open & Export and then select Import/Export.
    3. In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file and click Next.
    4. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
    5. Browse to the location of your Outlook.pst file and select it, then click Next.
    6. Choose how you want to handle duplicates and click Next.
    7. Select the folder you want to import the data to and make sure that Include subfolders is checked, then click Finish.
    8. Wait for the import process to complete. Once it's done, you should be able to access your Outlook.pst files in Outlook 365.

    Agree with Syed Shiraz Shahid, you can try to open/import Outlook items from a .pst file in Outlook 365.

    In addition, when you configure your account as POP account in Outlook 365, you can also select the .pst file to use the existing Outlook Data File. More information:
