Hi Chandan Karn, I hope I can help you with this question.

If I understand you right, you want to create a dashboard in Azure (presumably with Azure Workbook) and want to share the final dashboard publicly.

It is possible to share an Azure Workbook report, but the person receiving the share link must have reader permission to the workbook.

Therefore, public sharing is currently not possible.

    Hello Chandan Karn

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform, thanks for posting your query here.

Adding to previous response from Patchfox, Azure dashboards are private by default, which means you're the only one who can see it. However, you can share dashboards by using Azure role-based access control. You can also open a shared dashboard by selecting the arrow next to the dashboard name and selecting from the displayed list of dashboards.

If you want to make your dashboard publicly accessible, you can use Azure Private Link to securely access Azure services over a private endpoint in your virtual network. However, this does not create a custom URL.

    Hope this helps.
