Cannot log in Teams free

Question

I signed up for a free Teams account as a member of the organization.
I joined Teams and I was chatting with the rest of the team members.
Someone else signed me up as a guest on a paid Teams account.
When trying to accept the invitation and enter some type of error occurred that now does not allow me to access Teams from the desktop app in the account in which I am a member.
I can enter into the web app (from the browser). Also, in another laptop, I can enter Teams in the desktop app. I can also enter with the organization in which I am registered as a guest both from the desktop app and from the web app.

But I cann't enter into the desktop app in the laptop where had ocurred the error.

Hello Julie,

#1 I'd recommend going down to the bottom right corner where your Teams icon is and right click > Sign Out

#2 Restart your device and try signing back in.

#3 If this does not work I'd try clearing your Teams files cache:
