Error al abrir archivos desde la aplicación en sharepoint (excel y word)

Estimados, por favor me ayudan, al momento de abrir documentos de sharepoint mediante la aplicación (excel, word y programas de microsoft), me aparece la opción de descargar el archivo y guardarlo en el PC, pero al hacer este paso se deja de trabajar en linea, lo cual no es conveniente debido a que son muchos usuarios los que llenan información hacia los archivos, por lo que reemplazar el archivo en sharepoint es riesgoso ya que puede haber información que se completo en el tanto que se trabaja el documento.

La idea es poder abrir darle click al "abrir en la aplicación" y de esta forma trabajar en linea el documento.
