Why can't I play the Azure Virtual Desktop overview video?

The youtube link that @TP recommended is probably going to be the easiest workaround but if you want to try the direct download link for the MP4, it can be found here:

There are also some troubleshooting steps you can try below. If any of the troubleshooting steps end up working, please let us know as I've experimented with the videos in a variety of locations and with different browsers without being able to successfully reproduce this issue. You aren't alone though, as there are occasionally other people who run into the same issue and I'd love to determine what is causing this.

Troubleshooting steps:

• Are you using a modern browser (like Edge or Chrome)?
• Are addons enabled/does the video play while browsing in a private incognito window?
• Are there any firewall restrictions?
• Have you cleared your cache/cookies (tried Ctrl + F5)?
• Have you disabled hardware acceleration in your browser?
• Are you using a VPN?
• Is your connection slow (and the video didn't load in time)?
