Hi,
I've set up a video call with chat app with Azure Communication Service. This app is accessible from desktop and mobile devices. The videocall can be recorded. Download of call recording occours with Azure Event Grid and C# Function App. The recorded files are uploaded to an Azure Storage.
When user is connected to videocall with mobile devices and switch on camera, the app resize the stream in other users videotiles preventing the video from stretching.
But when i download video call recording, mobile videos are stretched. There is a solution or a call recording setting to fix this?

How did you set up your video call? was there a specific ACS document you followed?

Hi @Alessandro Merlo we appreciate your patience. The engineering team responded and they said the behavior you are experiencing aligns with the current resolution ACS recording which supports 1920 x 1080 . If you require a different resolution, please share your requirements so we can discuss further. Thanks, Grace
