One drive acess

To whom it may concern:

I would like to inquire regarding the files in One Drive. Access rights is myself and the Administrator. Can the administrator access my files even if I have not resigned from our company? Or can he only access my files after I resigned? Hoping for your positive response. Thank you.

Hi @MLBF,

Generally admins (like global admin) in your organization could access end user's OneDrive files in the Microsoft 365 admin center, they do not need your username and password, they can access files via "Get access to files" feature in admin center.
