If we are using legacy MFA in the Microsoft 365 admin center for our on-premises users, will we need to migrate our setup to Azure AD?

We received an email saying the following:

You're receiving this notice because you have authentication methods configured in the legacy Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) MFA and SSPR policies. On 30 September 2024, the ability to manage authentication methods in the legacy multifactor authentication (MFA) and self-service password reset (SSPR) policies will be retired.

We are using legacy MFA for our on-premises users in the Microsoft Office 365 admin center. Other than for the 4 administrators, we do not have Azure AD MFA enabled for our users. Will we need to migrate from Office 365's MFA to Azure AD's MFA?
