Creating a team in Teams

Hello,

please I nee your help on this issue.

I have a very strange issue when creating a Team in Teams, i get some error messages.

I have this issue on Mac and on web version.

Me and another user has this issue, my colleagues doesn’t experience this issue.

 

I have tried reinstalling teams and clearing the cache.

Depending on your description, please try the following steps:

1. Please check that your network connection is stable.
2. Try replacing another device to check if the problem persists.
3. Check that your client is up to date.
4. Try clearing the cache as follows: Clear the Teams client cache.
5. If the above issues are eliminated, reinstall the client.
