In Unit 9 of the AZ900 course I attempted to start the Sandbox for the exercise, it asked to verify permission, which I did, then in opened a login. I logged in and the "Sandbox activated" clock started, but the side window where the sandbox should be accessible went back into the "Sign in" screen. Signed it twiced and each time it went back to the sign-in window. How can I complete this process?
Is your learn account registered with Azure AD?

Thank you very much for reporting this. We've received a number of similar reports and the sandbox team is working to identify the root cause. If you are able to provide a network trace as a HAR file that would be extremely helpful (instructions below):

A vast majority of these issues are reported by people with outlook.com accounts so as a temporary workaround, you may have better success if you use a different account while the sandbox team works on releasing a fix.

As this training is work-related, I am required to use my work email account, so this work-around is useless.
