How can users troubleshoot the "Microsoft Excel Error 1004" that occurs when attempting to open or save a workbook?

When I open my website candy crush tip reports in excel file it always give me error and I didn't find any proper solution.

    How did you open the report? Download the report or open from web directly?

    Did the report contain code?

    I suggest you open it in safe mode running the following command: Press Win + R, type "excel /safe" in the blank box, press Enter. If it works fine in safe mode, please check the add-ins in your excel and disable them.
