I am getting this error even though i have the toolkits installed.

The error message indicates => Unable to find valid 14.29.30136 toolchain for VisualStudio2022 x64.
Please try to select and install MSVC v142 - VS 2019 C++ x64/x86 build tools (v14.29-16.11) component in VS Installer.

I have same error but it doesn't give me a version needs to be installed. I've installed 14.37, 14.36, 14.30 but it didn't worked. What can I do?

Does it work if you reboot your machine, restart VS and recreate a new C++ project for UE5?

@Tianyu Sun-MSFT I am having the same issue after restarting, the error shows I have 14.29.30133 but not 14.29.30136:
As far as I can tell I don't have the option of installing that specific version of the toolchain?

Go to %AppData%\Unreal Engine\UnrealBuildTool and delete BuildConfiguration.xml ;)
