Exchange online user want to modify DL which is on-prem.

A user has mailbox on Exchange online. there is a DL he is owner and that is on-prem. She is unable to add/remove DL members. Is this is a limitation in Hybrid environment !

    Yes, Users with mailboxes can not modify groups that are synced from on-prem directly in Outlook or OWA.
