Cannot access expired Active Directory

About 3 years ago I tinkered with an Azure Sphere board. I had a free trial Azure account then, which since got it's data deleted. Found my old board and wanted to try something new. Started a new subscription, logged in with that old account, but now it says there are no tenants. User's image

This account has a Directory called Azure Sphere that I did not create, I think that is the old Directory, but why is it on the domain azusers.onmicrosoft.com ? User's image

I cannot access that Directory, it says No Access. I cannot add a subscription because I have no permissions for azusers.onmicrosoft.com ... User's image

I found in other posts that old users had use azsphere tenant migrate, but that command is not working now. Can I still use this board, or is it now just a paperweight? Thank you, Filip

Hi Filip, I'm a bit confused by your questions but let me try some suggestions:
A subscription isn't associated with a domain it's associated with a Tenant.

In order to apply a subscription you would login to https://portal.azure.com with your admin account for that tenant, then type in 'subscriptions' in the top search box and from there you would add your subscription.

If you have a domain like azusers.onmicrosoft.com you likely added that into the Custom Domains section in azure. I can do the same, it doesn't have any importance unless I associate it with something like an on-prem Active Directory domain.

Thank you for your answer. I'm sorry, I don't quite understand all of this yet. I believe the Azure Sphere Tenant was created by this account, so this should be admin. But still, when I go to subscriptions it tells me to switch directory.

I found another post with a similar situation. I will try the same with Microsoft Support. Thank you

Hi. I did not, yet. I thought I can send a Support Request, but found out I cannot with my Pay as you go subscription. I was waiting for an answer on the other post, I asked SatishBoddu-MSFT for the Microsoft's Support Team's email where to ask for manual migration. Can you provide me with that email address? @Marcin Szukala In order for us to migrate you to our GA system and restore access, you must prove ownership of the device to our Azure Sphere services team, please either raise a support ticket or reach out to Ashok's team at azcommunity@microsoft.com to raise this request.

The Azure Sphere services team will assess the identifying information you have available and may respond with a request for further information, if required, to prove ownership.
