I subscribed to the virtual machine in December 2022, and I canceled the subscription in January or in February, but I was charged today, with $182.8. I'm really confused about this charge.

I'd recommend opening a ticket with Azure Billing Support:

They will be able to find exactly why you have been charged and whether you were charged incorrectly.
