is possible shared a sharedmailbox to user guest of my organization?, if possible how would it be done?

That's not a supported scenario, guests cannot have mailboxes, be it regular or shared mailboxes. If the user needs a mailbox, convert it to regular "member" user.

Yes. You can't give people outside your business (such as people with a Gmail account) access to your shared mailbox.
