Hi I am trying to migrate Google drive to SharePoint online and when trying to generate an authentication link it keeps spinning and does nothing waited a while and nothing happens with no error messages Get to step 12 but doesn't complete or fail just keeps spinning. Connect to Google with Migration Manager - Migrate to Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn Anyone have any idea what this could be? Permissions are super admin and global admin respectively and have tried across multiple browsers and incognito and in private Thanks in advance J

    Hi @Junaid

For security reasons, you have 10 minutes to complete the steps to connect to Google. After 10 minutes of inactivity, the session will expire. User's image

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

1.You could try to clear browser cache then restart it.

2.Are other users with permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

Using another browser (Opera) worked it may have been the browser settings nothing obvious as I reset Edge and Chrome browser settings. Tried another account too which didn't work, so using Opera browser was the solution for this time.
