Ich habe einen Azure AB - Tenant angelegt und über Azure ADSync einen Connect zu meier lokalen ActiveDirectory hergestellt. Alle Benutzer meiner lokalen AD werden im Azure AD angezeigt. Wie kann ich jetzt einzelnen Benutzern eine Office 365-Lizenz zuweisen ?

Hi there! This is an english only Q&A forum, but it looks like you're asking how to assign licenses to users. Login to Azure and go to Active Directory. Select the user of interest. The menu on the left will have an option for 'Licenses'. User's image

And inside licenses you will see the 'assignment' menu from where you can add specific applications:
