A calendar I'm trying to see has been greyed out - looking to have it white

Hi there, I've set up a calendar to view appointments across my team. I've added the calendar as you would in the 'shared calendars' section, but when I select the calendar, it's all greyed out. I've set the working hours accordingly but it's still happening. Attached an image for ref. Any help is appreciated.Calendar Example

    Did you create a group calendar and add other people's calendars to it? You can refer to the steps in the article:

    Create, view, or delete a calendar group

    In addition, if you want to view the detailed information of other people's calendars, he needs to grant you the permission to view the detailed information of the calendar.

    Share your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com calendar with people inside or outside your organization
