Unable to access global admin due to Authenticator issue

I recently purchased Microsoft 365 for Business Standard to setup my new business.
I setup everything up, added new domain, updated the Primary user and email to use the new domain. Everything was working great, except I couldn't login to Outlook Web. It wouldn't go past sign in stage, and just kept taking back to the sign in page saying the account was already signed in.

I tried signing out of everything, using Incognito browser, reset password, nothing worked. I though it could be something to do with the Authenticator as I noticed this didn't seem to be enabled for the user account, so I enabled it. Somewhere in all this I got to a point where I couldn't sign in without using the Authenticator app but the app was also signed out and was requesting that I approve my sign in to the app, using the app! Now I cannot sign in to anything, as it wants authenticator approval but I can't setup the authenticator!!!! I am also not presented with any options when signing in to use another method. All I can do is reset my password, which sends a security code to my personal email that I used to signup with. Note, this is the global admin account so I can't access anything to try and reset the authenticator. HELP!! How can I login now?
