As far as I know, there is no such built-in feature in Outlook. We can only share calendars with others. More information:

Why do you want to send the availability of your team members' calendar? To create a meeting by viewing the free time of individual members' calendars?
If so, as i know, when we create a meeting and add the attendees, we can use schedule assistant to check the free/busy status of them:
