Hello, I am using the article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/protect/deploy-use/endpoint-protection-configure-standalone-client but I could not find the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client on several machines Windows Server 2016... to launch C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\ConfigSecurityPolicy.exe <full path><policy file>... so I did a search and the file was found in C:\Program Files\Windows Defender... I used this command with the new path but do we have another documentation with the various location to be used for the deployment of the SCEP Policy? Thanks, Dom

    Hi @Duchemin, Dominique

We may don’t have another documentation. ConfigSecurityPolicy.exe is a file that belongs to Microsoft Security Client Policy Configuration Tool. It is used to configure endpoint protection on a standalone client.

The ConfigSecurityPolicy.exe stored in different locations just because the Windows Server 2012 r2 and Windows Server 2016 have different system architecture.

    Thanks for your time.

    Best regards,
    Cherry

Hello there, This article explains about the custom client settings for Endpoint Protection. Install the Endpoint Protection client on a computer that you intend to use as a disk image source for Configuration Manager OS deployment. This computer is typically called the reference computer. After you create the OS image, then use Configuration Manager OS deployment to deploy the image. How to provision the Endpoint Protection client in a disk image https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1198696/documentation-for-system-center-endpoint-protectio Hope this resolves your Query !! --If the reply is helpful, please Upvote and Accept it as an answer--
