How can I update my certification dashboard

Subject: Request for Assistance in Updating My Certification Dashboard Dear Microsoft Staff, I am writing to request your assistance in updating my certification dashboard. A year ago, I completed a Word exam and, after a second attempt, managed to pass it and receive my certification. I added it to my certification dashboard at that time. Recently, in March of this year, I also achieved certification in PowerPoint and Word Expert. To take these exams, I created a new Certiport account because I couldn't recall the login information for my previous account where I had taken the Word exam. The issue I am facing now is that the certification for the Word Expert and PowerPoint exam that I passed recently is not showing on my current certification dashboard. I understand that the MC ID was sent to my other Certiport account, which is causing the confusion. Can you please guide me on how to update my certification dashboard to reflect all of my certifications, including the Word certification from last year? I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
