ERROR 53 in Office 365

Question

Hello,
when I want to open a word document, there is a pop-up saying "execution error 53" and I have to click 3 times on "end" to have access to my document. Is there a solution ?

This error is caused by software that did not uninstall itself correctly when you removed it from your computer. The most common cause is uninstalling Adobe Acrobat, but other software can cause this. Please post the complete, exact text of the error message.
