Hi @Darlene M. Pagán Seda ,
Did this problem happen suddenly?
Check if the issue is caused by any other program on your computer, reboot computer with clean boot. Please refer to this article: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
Besides, it is recommended to clear the e-mail cache:
Close Outlook
Call up %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook via the search bar
The folder with the OST file will open and you can delete it. Make sure that Outlook is closed during the cleanup process. If you manage several Outlook profiles from a single PC, you will find several files with the extension *.ost.
You can also run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA), it uses advanced diagnostics to report known problems and details about your Microsoft Outlook configuration. For more information about SaRA, see About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.
