"Hello everyone, I recently set up SSO for Azure using Zoho Directory as a third-party IDP. However, I am facing an issue where I am unable to obtain the ACS (Assertion Consumer Service) URL that I need to enter in the Service Provider details section of Zoho Directory. I understand that the ACS URL is a critical component of the SSO process, and not having it can cause significant issues with the setup. I have checked the Azure documentation but I am still unable to locate the correct ACS URL. I am hoping that someone in this community may be able to offer some guidance or advice on how to locate the ACS URL. I would greatly appreciate any help or insight that you can offer.

Hello @Azmat Firdous Thank you for reaching out. To obtain the ACS URL for your Azure AD SSO integration with Zoho Directory, you can follow these steps:

    1. On the Azure portal, navigate to the Enterprise Applications page and select the application you created for Zoho Directory.
    2. In the application's overview page, select Single sign-on.
    3. In the Single sign-on page, select SAML.
    4. In the Set up Single Sign-On with SAML page, scroll down to the SAML Signing Certificate section and select Download to download the certificate.
    5. Open the downloaded certificate in a text editor and copy the value of the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL field.
    6. Paste the copied ACS URL into the Service Provider Details section of Zoho Directory.

For more details you can refer following documentation from ZOHO as well as Azure:
