Visual Basic 2022 has no service based database

Question

Hello, I just installed visual studio 2022 and starting with a new project. For that created a wpf application. And then tried to add a new item service based database. I used to do this in previous job with visual studio 2019. Here I had to download 2022 and included all the extras include database and stuff. But when I tried to add service based database, I cant find it. Why is this? Kindly do help me. Thank you.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

As @Viorel said, you need to select the project node in Solution Explorer instead of the solution node.

See following screenshots(right-click the project => Add => New Item... => Service-based Database):

Yes I selected the project node. Check the pics I have uploaded. It shows all the items I have.
