Dear community,
Is that possible to set a booking window (e.g. 90 days) for all staff, but some people (e.g. administration team) can book the room further in advance (e.g. 365 days)? Many thanks

It has been a while and I am writing to see how things are going on with this issue. Have you had a chance to check the replies provided? Any update would be appreciated.
Unfortunately no, this setting applies to all users/requests. You can however designate a user (or group of users) as delegates for the room and allow them to create events manually.
